What a great experience ! Rachel was fantastic took time to explain and ensure I got the most out of my 30 minute workout felt I had used every part of my body, in a pleasant atmosphere. No pushy salesman trying to sign me up for a 12 month membership.

Troy was recommend to me by my physio as I needed to built strength for constant sore back and necks. I really love Troy's relaxed but focused training style and thorough knowledge about all types of training. He had an answer for everything. Within a few sessions I was getting great results. He is fun and easy going. What is important to me in a PT is that they look the part and Troy does this. It's obvious he trains hard and lives a healthy lifestyle. The facilities at PTC are second to none. State of the art equipment and good amount of space. Outdoor training and a large park near by. There is also a great cafe next door - bonus. Highly recommend!
