Had a hip replacement on December 2019 and after recovery I was back to life and work pain free. Dr. Martin took his time to decide on putting me through a hip replacement but with my pain and unable to walk towards the end it was my only option. I have no complaints after surgery or recovery. Dr. Martin and his team get 5 stars for me.

Terrible front desk personnel. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early wait in car until you’re called . There is no communication to let you know that they are running late. I went up to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. They were rude and didn’t seem to care that you’re waiting in car for phone call without information as to what is going on . I will continue to come only because my Dr is there and I trust him otherwise I would find another place ️

I had a total hip replacement. Dr. Martin and the entire staff were caring, professional and absolutely wonderful. Could not have asked for better care. Dr. Martin takes time with his patients and listens to any concerns. His approach to surgery is very conservative and offered non-surgical options which I tried. Only after all non-surgical options did not provide any relief was surgery done. Dr. Martin gave me a new lease on my very active life. Thank you Dr. Martin, Dr. Bill, Dawn and everyone at Personalized Orthopedics of the Palm Beaches! If you need hip surgery, THIS is the place to go!

Dr Micheal Baskin, This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with a dr.office. First i went in and i was told even before i i had an x-ray or MRI that i woudl need a injection in the neck. I get the MRI scheduled weeks later because they canceled my first apt, and after 3 weeks my neck was improving. I get the MRI, and after a month of sitting around healing a get a office visit setting up and epidural, which i said i dont want without another dr consultation over the MRI that i had just taken and he wasnt even giving consideration on the MRI. He just wanted to do the procedure and get paid. So i go in to the office and they are trying to set me up for the epidural that my insurance denied. The dr was visibly mad, and so was the nurse because i refused the procedure. Now after the first visit i paid in cash i am getting collection letters telling me i didnt a pay. How does a first time patient even make it past the front desk nurse without giving a copay on the spot which it clearly says. Stay away far away from this Dr office.

Do not bother trying to call to make an appointment. After the fifth call to get to a live person, they put me on hold, let me listen for five minutes. Then you could hear them pick up the phone and hang it up. My wife recommended Dr. Chalal, but the front office doesn't care about getting patients.
