I was delighted with the service offered, which was friendly, professional and effective. As a result of the pandemic there were a number of challenges in our sale and purchase (including a buyer pulling out and resultant loss of our original purchase). However, at all times the team were helpful and provided sound advice. Would be very happy to use again.

Over the past 5 years I have used Aberdein Considine to buy and sell 3 properties and to rent out 3 properties. Throughout this time I have been impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They reply to all queries very quickly and are extremely prompt in dealing with any situation. I would not have continued to use them if I was not receiving excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend Aberdein Considine for all aspects of buying, selling or renting property.

My daughter used these agents for private renting. They are the absolute worst. They have no interest in helping or offering good advice when my daughter had an issue with her flat mate. They are now trying to withhold a 900 deposit they took off both my daughter and her flatmate by using a lot of underhanded dirty tactics. What a way to treat a couple of 20 year olds. You are an absolute disgrace of a company. This will be sorted one way or the other and it won't be involving you robbing young girls. Whoever gave you 5 stars on here must be working for you. You don't even deserve 1 star. Avoid at all costs if you don't want ripped off.
