Enmanuel and the team were great to work with! Enmanuel was easy to get in touch with and they were fast to deliver and set up the equipment (bed, wheelchair, commode, transfer bench, etc) I highly recommend Genao's Medical Supply.

Needed a device. Nobody at my insurance company had any idea how to get the device-each person said something different. I called Genao's and spoke to Jamarly. Not only did she straighten things out but had the item shipped immediately. I talked to her a few days ago and called this morning to see if she received the info from my doctor. She advised me that she had and the item was not only shipped but was delivered this morning. I hadn't checked my mail yet. Sure enough, it was in my mail. With all that is going on with orders and deliveries of items, I was sure there would be delays. But there wasn't. Thank you for being so efficient, professional, knowledgeable and caring about your customers.
