Went in for a service at 8:30AM and was told my service would take until 12. As I had to be at work at 11 and I wasn’t aware the service would take that long I asked if it was possible to slightly speed up the process. I was told they would do their best and amazingly it was done within two hours! Front desk staff was also very helpful and informative.

We had a fault with our car while on holiday from dumfries, Tracy was absolutely fabulous, arranged to have it booked in next day and checked it was safe to drive home which was done. All safety issues excellent.. Only thing I would say... Asked to bring car in for 12...it sat 40 mins before being dealt with. I wasn't informed there was a delay. If my disabled husband had brought the car in he would have had extreme difficulty sitting for 3 hours. If they're dealing with mobility cars mYbe should asking more about how difficult it will be. Otherwise good service.
