We recently purchased a Mercedes C350e from the Perth Motorstore and all we have is great things to say. We submit our interest in the car that we liked and within the same day they were in touch. It was Craig Sutherland that was our salesmen and he was fantastic through out. He provided a personal video and answered all our queries. We purchased the car without seeing it or test driving it because Craig provided us with confidence. He also processed our part exchange too which was faff free. He arranged our new vehicle to be delivered to our local branch in England within 10 days and it was even more perfect in real life. We are super happy with our car and the service that Craig provided, it was top class. We would highly recommend Craig and Perth Motorstore and will most definitely be using them again in the future. I have been a customer of Arnold Clark for many years firstly at their St Leonard’s Bank location then at the Dunkeld road Motor Store and now at their new premises at the Triangle in Perth. I have enjoyed wonderful service over the years in their car servicing, car hire and since January 2017 car leasing. I have never experienced better service anywhere else ever and I enjoy even popping in for a look round at the cars whilst getting a wee health check for my lovely BMW 118i. I also have complete trust in every respect with how my car is looked after for me. If I could give more stars I would and finally I love the fact that the two long standing receptionists deserve a mention as they are absolutely fantastic! Thank you to Caroline and Trina and all the service and sales staff at the Arnold Clark Motor Store!

This was our second time buying from this store and very impressed with the service. Craig was extremely helpful and thorough. We were between two cars and Craig went through the pros and cons of each and compared prices. Things are obviously a bit different just now with Covid but the store has strict protocols so it is safe to have a look around and do a test drive.

Having very recently bought a new car from Arnold Clark, Fiat/Alfa Romeo, Perth, this is a genuine review from my personal experience. I give the service five stars, the service is professional and courteous, never did I feel pressured to subscribe to any extras with the new car. I spoke to a number of the staff and had absolutely no issues. I don’t usually identify particular members of staff but I would wish to highlight the exceptional service of the Product Consultant, Krystian, who is a real asset to a professional team at this dealership. I have no hesitation in recommending Arnold Clark Perth.
