Fantastic service for Ben and David today at the Arnold Clark branch. Just went for a nosey to see what Audi’s they had and ended up coming way with a great upgrade from my previous Audi. Very excited but was also thinking the payments were going to be impossible for me to afford.. Ben and David managed to make this possible for me and left the shop very happy. Would highly recommend!

We have just bought a car from this store and I have to say the service was fantastic! We went in to just have a look at cars for my husband. We had a little wander and after letting us have a bit of a look around we were greeted by Mark who was really helpful and answered loads of questions we had about a few of the cars without being pushy at all. We found one we really liked but we needed to go home and just have a good think about it. Mark took our details and later on we got a little video about the car, tailored to us, which went over stuff we may have overlooked initially. That was a really nice touch. We put a deposit on the car online that night and went back the next day for a test drive. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were super helpful! We spoke again to Mark who arranged all the finance and answered my 50 million questions patiently. He knew the answers to every question I had - and there were a lot! The whole transaction was smooth and easy thanks to Mark’s efforts. Honestly, 10/10 from us!

Thank you to all the team for making it such a smooth and enjoyable experience, especially to Adi who seemed to go above and beyond for me. I felt informed and assured from start to finish and I’m delighted with my new car!
