Came here back in September for lunch while in St. John Shopping centre. The new social distancing and hygiene standards in place and the staff clean every table after each sitting. There's a mix of standard cafe seats inside and outside the cafe, but inside the back of the cafe are more comfortable sofa type seats. I ordered a Tomato, Mozzarella and Pesto Panini and a large Latte. The latte after the waitress said it was only 20p more than the regular size. The coffee was about as good as can be expected. The panini was par, a little undercooked and too much pest sauce (or olive oil), still crunchy, but the excess of olive oil is not a sensation I enjoy.

Too expensive, 2.55 for a latte, that's extortionate. Staff are lovely though, friendly and efficient. And they are always cleaning the tables, so not afraid of going there, just a pity it's so expensive now.

Very noisy and chaotic. Cutlery was not clean and plat was chipped. Seats were ripped and staff were shouting orders all over the place. Would recommend only in an emergency

Coffee and cakes were OK, staff were friendly, unfortunately the only other customer in the shop was too loud and was having inappropriate banter with the staff who did nothing to discourage her, in fact they kept her going. We will not be back as we went in to have a quiet cuppa during our shopping trip and we couldn't even hear our own conversation because of one person's noise. Staff should be trained to recognise when a customer is making others uncomfortable and should have asked her to quiet down. Very disappointing.

Nice staff and nice coffee place. Food is good as well and very quick service which makes me think that they don't grill the burgers at the moment..... Not sure but that's what I feel. But us still good. Only had a burger once and a baked potato. Good portions
