First time at Bistro 54. Without a doubt...a great experience. The service was fantastic. Quick and friendly! The food was absolutely fantastic and every bit as good as Italian restaurants found in Ottawa. I highly recommend Bistro 54.

Bistro 54 came highly recommended by locals and visitors alike and they were not wrong. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and chose here for dinner. COVID-19 protocols were in full measure, wait staff wearing masks, tables closed off to maintain distancing, etc. Our server was very friendly and attentive, helping us decide what to order. She even made our desserts complementary and added candles to help us celebrate! We had a table next to the kitchen and we could see through the window. The kitchen ran like a well oiled machine, staff looked cheerful and worked well in such a small space. The food was amazing. We started with the smoked duck pizza appetizer, which was a great starter size. I wish they would make this a full size, I could eat this all day. My wife had chicken parmesan and I had the salmon, both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. We finished with creme brule and a chocolate brownie for desserts. What an incredible time, we will consider eating here again for special occasions. The meal was just over 100 for the two of us so it is not inexpensive, but well worth it for special occasions.
Our first time at Bistro 54 and it will definitely not be our last. Our server Stacey was very welcoming, friendly and the food was served with perfect timing. Dave the owner, chef, and his kitchen staff, well what can I say but everything was absolutely delicious. You have to try it...it won’t disappoint.
We had a great supper here. Duck pizza starter was delicious. Short, but well curated wine list. Seafood risotto was delicious, as was my prosciutto wrapped pork chop. Portions were solid. Friendly service. A place clearly loved by locals!
Food that you won't find anywhere else except Italy..and I have been to Italy! Sweet restaurant, warm service, excellent chef. Calm and relaxing atmosphere in limited seatings allows gourmets to truly enjoy and experience every flavour and nuance of the food and amazing wine selection!
