My windshield wiper broke off in middle of snow storm today in Perth. Pulled into CTC and the service gentleman at desk found one and it was put on my car by young lad in service all within 20 minutes. Thank you very much. Excellent, fast, efficient, friendly service. Made my day.

Stopped in today for a curbside p/u of new wiper blades, within a couple of short minutes I was buying a new battery, (mine died in the parking lot before entering the store). In the span of just one half hour, my vehicle was boosted, taken inside, battery replaced and wipers installed and I was on my way, that's great service!
Even before covid, I appreciated having personal space in a store. I don't like having someone so close behind me, its not as if he will get through the line quicker.! Today I am thanking the canadian tire cashier who asked the man in line behind me to move back onto the red circle on the floor. I didnt realize how close he was until the cashier asked if we were together. Thank you for taking charge of the situation. I appreciate your professionalism and respect for me as your customer.
Been very pleased with the staff helping with our vehicles. Also the prices have been very reasonable.
Lately i just bought a new home And really found shelves , cabinets , microwave stand with marble to. Wow. paints. Toilet tissue roller stand etc many things i need at an amazing price. Going in again. People are so helpful there too.
