From start to finish Paul Rice and his team did a marvelous job. The floors look brand new -there is no trace of the original burns, water marks or fading. The work was done promptly, on time, and our property was taken good care of. Paul kept us informed and consulted at every stage of the process and was a pleasure to work with. Our wooden floors looked great 20 years ago when new, but inevitably were showing all the wear and tear of time. Paul and the team sanded, stained and sealed the floors (5 good-sized rooms) and it's not just restored - in all honesty the floors look better than new !
