Waited 2 weeks item never arrived. No phone service available. The ‘live chat’ took about 4 hours to be answered for each question. And the answer was always we are looking into it. I didn’t receive one answer to my questions I tried many times to get answers for more than a week. Ended up trying to get a refund and I’m still waiting for that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! there are plenty of other companies providing a faster and better service.

My initial impression of this company was not favourable. I explicitly advised a short period during which I would not be at home to take delivery - and of course some six week after placing an order for delivery "within days" that's exactly when it was project to arrive. Following a letter of complaint I had a very useful conversation with the Senior Sales Manager who explained the impact that the current pandemic had on their supply chain and manufacturing lead times, and I now view the company in a much more positive light - indeed I’m already planning my next order.

It's a JOKE not a company. Absolutely ZERO customer service!!! If anything goes wrong, afterwards you can blaim only yourself, why you dealt with them. An Item came damaged- No communication, no replacement, no refund!!!
