My laptop stopped charging so I went looking for a new battery. Dave loaned me 2 batteries to test out, neither one would charge. Back to see them with laptop and charging cable. Cable was tested on the spot and was defective so they sold me one they had on hand. Excellent customer service!
Dave was great to deal with. I have just recently moved to Perth and had ordered an ink cartridge from 2 different stores and order was cancelled. i was out of ink and even though I thought the store was closed I emailed and had a response almost straight away. I had my ink cartridge the next day. Very impressed with the service during this pandemic. I have found my store for my supplies. Thanks Dave
