My laptop, which I use for work, suddenly refused to switch on. I contacted Linda, and after some helpful advice via email, and was able to drop off my laptop the next day. Within a couple of hours, Linda had it working as new, and I was able to pick it up that evening. Amazing service, thanks so much Linda!

Linda solved my problems with efficiency and competence. And always with courtesy and helpfulness.
I contacted Linda about my faulty hard drive and despite the ongoing crisis i was able to safely drop it off with her the very same day and pick it up the next. Unfortunately my issue wasn't one she is equipped to deal with, but she recommended me further options and offered more help in the future. I would more than happily go back to her if i ever encounter more problems.
