Excellent place: tasty coffee and tea, you can buy all kinds to make it at home/work as well. Kind and polite staff. Everything is fast. Place has excellent interior and outside seating options: there is a terrace above the little canal. Parking on the street or there is a city parking lot pretty close. If you visiting Perth, this place is a must. Cinnamon buns and other deserts are great! You can have your coffee with all kind of extra things: watch for the signs or talk to staff.

Great coffee and very friendly staff! I work nearby and (maybe it’s a sign I drink too much coffee) when I walk in they greet me by name and are often prepping my coffee before I even get to the counter. They roast their own coffee so it doesn’t get any fresher. They have other drinks too if you’re not into coffee.

Really good atmosphere and the view from their deck/patio is scenic. Coffee is really good, and their sandwiches are pretty tasty. Tried their cafè mocha with a smoked salmon sandwich on a multigrain croissant and was happy with what I got. Will definitely be back when I'm in the Perth area again, and highly recommend a stop when in the region.
