Can't use click and collect here, only a small store with a tiny range. No XL long size trousers for a 6' 5" tall customer stocked at all so have to buy online but can't get delivered for free to the store. Not many staff on hand I don't think there's anything they're doing right compared to the 'better' Debenhams stores. Id like to be positive but that's really difficult for this store. At least the staff I did find did there best with a smile.

Think that due to Covid and the difficulties on the High St the stock is very poor. I tend to buy on line then return to the store if I have to as I can never find the right size or style in store. It is very sad.
