Drove to Perth yesterday specifically to visit this store. My daughter loved this place. However, yesterday's experience was quite different than expected from a small local business. We walked in the door and read the sign basically discouraging the wearing of masks....do you what you want attitude. So we turned around and walked out. Very disappointing to see this from a local business. No plexiglass and staff were not wearing masks. I am appalled that this store would take this stance. We are in a global pandemic people! Sure, no one loves wearing masks on their faces but you know what? I could be asymptomatic and spread my germs all over your store or vice versa. Totally disrespectful and completely ignorant to your customers and the community. I have notified the local police department and on Monday morning I will be contacting public health. Our communities deserve respect and a safe environment to shop. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!

Why is this shop open when every other store in town has to be closed due to provincial health orders? I guess selling the public magical healing crystals and snake oil is more important than doctors orders and makes this business above the law.
Store is blatantly disregarding COVID safety guidelines by asking customers to not wear a mask in their store, and by exploiting a loophole in restrictions to profit on their covid-denier beliefs
I have shopped here in the past and it was one of my favourite stores. However, I have not been here since the pandemic. I went in recently (to support local) and had to leave because there is no plexiglass, their staff were not wearing masks, and they were not abiding to the 6 feet rule. I find this deeply disturbing and incredibly selfish. Your customers have the decency to wear masks in your store but you don’t have the respect to do the same? The masks are to protect the health of those who come in to support your business. It blows my mind that that is too much trouble for the employees. For this reason, I won’t ever be shopping here again.
Visited in February 2021 and found that the staff still was not wearing masks according to provincial regulations. Very irresponsible and disappointing to see this happening.
