First class customer service, going above and beyond without having to be prompted. The chap who owns this shop is helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great to find a phone shop that is genuinely interested in giving customers the best service and what they actually need. Highly recommended.

Wanted my phone unlocked to give to my son. Never sent code. When I went to complain took no responsibility and declined refund. Ended up paying twice. Man in shop had a couldn't care less attitude. Would never use this shop again. Money hungry and no customer service. Save your money by going elsewhere!!!
