Astonishing deal on a 3 month old 4 Series Convertible. Dealt with David Bartlett and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Great video presentation of the vehicle, excellent delivery service to Sussex and the car was immaculate on arrival
A word of warning to anyone thinking of buying a NEW car from Grassicks stock. BEWARE !! “NEW” in Grassicks sales manual only means “Not previously registered”. It does not refer to how old the car is or how out of date the technology. Your car could be a year old. The Sales Manager himself told me that his staff are neither required nor expected to be familiar with the specification or age of any car in the showroom. Indeed even if they are aware they will not tell you unless you specifically ask. Quote “We are here to sell cars” I had the misfortune in November 2020 to buy a “NEW” X4 which was actually eight months old and with significantly out of date technology. When I brought this to their attention the attitude was essentially,........You bought it, You’ve got it !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
