I intended to buy new wipers and fit them myself but as there were several options for my vehicle I asked for assistance, and for the very good price of 4 a young lady came and removed the old ones, matched them and fitted them for me. Perfect service !

99% of staff in this store are fantastic, enthusiastic and polite, one younger stout lad with glasses is terrible, I actually think he is the manager too. He attitude is terrible and his customer service is even worse. Didn't take my AA discount code because he couldn't be bothered.Never came out of Halfords Perth so angry until this week. As I say all other staff are first class in extreme working conditions.

Went into Halfords Perth yesterday to get my front headlight bulb changed. Whilst I was there, without asking, the dude health checked my car for free and was really thorough about it. He also rembered me from last week when I tried to get a replacement rear windscreen wiper. There was an issue with the internal bolt but he couldn't access it. So yesterday he asked me if I was any further forward with it and I said well I have figured out how to get the panel off but don't have the tool to do it. Within minutes (and without me asking) he had whipped the access panel off and fixed my back windscreen wiper which was loose. Didn't even need to buy a new blade for it, it's working perfectly. No charge for that at all. What absolutely outstanding customer service!!
