Great staff good price and great variety of classes
The gym itself it good and has lots of equipment. What annoys me is I try and go 4 times a week and the parking is 70p a time May seem not much but it adds 11 to your membership Also weekend hours could be allot better as I work shifts and often can't make the weekend due to work finishing at 3

Very helpful and friendly staff! The gym is also very clean and tidy and all the members I have met so far are friendly too :)
Done well to adapt to current guidelines
Nice little gym, could do with a few more resistance machines and a few more benches but all in all good gym experience.
Helpful Staff, Good Gym, Quite a Small Building, but has some good Fitness Gear if you want to get fit.
