I had problems with a very slow-running laptop which was having a major impact on my work. I had met Mark Riddell of m3 Networks at a networking event a year or so ago, and called to see if he could help. Knowing that m3 is a reputable company with ISO9001 certification, I was happy to let Mark check my laptop remotely (invaluable when we can't leave the house!). He explained the process clearly, ran various checks on my laptop and was able to shut down or remove the sources of the issue. My laptop is now running much more quickly and efficiently, to my great relief! I have no hesitation in recommending m3 Networks, whether you're a large company or a sole trader.
