Their website is very informative and they are so friendly and patient and HUMBLE answering all my questions about brewing tips. Their Santiago Londono is amazing! Really like the delicate juicy taste of it, it’s natural process, but doesn’t have the punch-your-face funky typical natural taste and smell. A very unique one! Their roaster selection set is perfect as a gift, very suitable for someone who’d like to explore the taste of coffee!!
