A Friday afternoon delivery arranged for required foodstuffs. I waited in all day, on seeing the driver is in the village I potter about outside the house within the timed delivery slot to get a text message saying delivery was attempted, a card left. I had requested parcel to be left in safe place ,but no parcel,and no card! However, I called PFW and they passed my number to the depot. I was called immediately by Mike ( maybe Mick?) who explained what had happened and arranged redelivery. I went from furious to delighted, parcel arrived as arranged. Thank you Mike /Mick and PFW. EXCELLENT SERVICE .

I've been a happy costumer for a couple of years in the North West of England. However, the Perth depot failed to find my sender's address in Crail for parcel collection (family Christmas presents from abroad). I never received a call or text about their attempt and only found out about it because I checked tracking. Royal Mail, IKEA and Amazon have managed this address for decades... ParcelForce web-form must also allow for landlines as some places in rural Scotland get mobile reception once in a while on a sunny day... They handled my parcel the day after, quick reaction, so back to 5 stars.

ref: 88166799909848005 Terrible experience, missing items, not responsive. I was waiting a parcel from brother in Australia which was a christmas gift to my son. I had a letter from parcelforce to pay custom charge 89,96. which was paid by credit card and received the parcel next day morning. Delivery driver handed the parcel and rushed out , just after that noticed the box was empty. It was opened from the side as picture shown. Couldn't check it infront of the driver as he was away. there supposed to be a Nintendo swith worth 400 and headphone 200. Then i tried to phone the number printed on the letter , I cant reach to customer service. Sent an email to customer service , no response either. How can someone steal those valuable items from someone elses parcel and make money of it.? How can you ask someone to pay custom if its already been stolen from package?? It was a christmas gift, how can you replace that to me??? I want my customs to be refunded and those items to be delivered again. thank you

Parcel never appeared as schedulled, by tracking i know the van sat in the same spot for 4 hours. Called PF and was told that driver tried to deliver parcel and that i wasn't in and therefore taken back to depot. this is completely untrue i was in and tracking and waiting for parcel but they never appeared. If it was true that they tried to deliver they should have left a card , no card was posted!!
