Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Con artists spring to mind. Included things on car heath check that didn't need done or replaced. There are lots of other decent garages in the area. DO NOT USE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I couldn't recommend Parks ford. Indeed I would strongly advise to avoid. I bought a mustang GT after seeing it on auto trader. When it was delivered the paint was marked all over the car (see attached images) literally every panel was terrible. I tried to return the car under sicatnace selling rules which they didn't want me to do obviously. So we suggested a full paint correction and detail on the car.. they agreed to pay half. I settled the invoice with the detailer and they have not paid their half and I am now beyond my 14 days to return the car. Proper cowboys. I'll be taking matters further with my solicitor. AVOID.

Used to be a good place when we bought 2 cars 4 months ago but when one of them breaks down and you get terrible customer service and a bad experience dealing with the garage it puts you off. Then you call there service to get a courtesy car but they won't insure me because I'm 17, strange that considering you sold the car to a 17 year old, won't ever be buying a ford or a car from you again.

Terrible service, left me to find a way home after a 2 year old transit broke down with all my tools and a dead phone. Was not offered the use of a phone or even a seat inside. Id strongly urge People to think twice about using this company who according to the chap at the front desk have no relation to Ford if a breakdown under warranty occurs. Id like to add after 5 hours sitting in the car park with out the offer of help or even the use of toilets the sales manager (Graham) on his way home did his best to get through to Ford Assist. The real problem with this branch lies with the after sales team. I can't stress enough how terrible and costly on my behalf this experience has been.
