I have the worst experience with Sidey. I have a problem with water ingress close the window. I've been contacting Sidey for 2 months and they tell me that the engineer is always writing the report. I am a structural engineer and it is not possible for an engineer to write a report for 2 months. The girls who answer the phone are also very rude. I have a water ingress problem because Sidey installed the windows badly, but they don't want to fix it

The sales personnel and office staff where helpful to a degree. However my installation date was cancelled at the last minute and push back 2 weeks, to the 20th December making it almost 12 weeks from date of order to date of installation. The team that fitted the Windows where rude to my partner and very arigant and rushed the job the windows are fitted but to a poor standard. This makes me very disappointed as I've know the company well and deliver to them on a regular basis I would not recommend them based on this experience
