Great service in store and pick up. However your website is not so great, always have to go back in and redo, not easy to navigate around without freezing.

Went to adopt some kittens and the person working was super nice... loved animals which was awesome! Helped me with everything and just had the best experience getting new babies at this place!
A girl denied the adoption of a cat because she wasn't 21. Had my wife go there to check the application, to see where it says you can't adopt unless your 21. It doesn't say that. It says 18. Want proof? \discoverthetruthperth\ on Instagram, picture posted there. If the application changes, it's because they are covering up the truth. Hope someone is held accountable :)
I used to enjoy coming here all the time except some employees ruin the experience. One of the main employees never wants to be friendly and have a conversation. She seems to always want to rush through the transaction and get everyone out of the store. She seems very arrogant and her rushing things is absolutely rude. I try to stay away from morning/afternoons because she's always there. I'll just put it off and come before close so I can atleast get cashed out by someone who's interested in their job ...
