The ladies here went out of their way to help me today (Dec. 23, 2020). I had some problems with my new credit card and the staff at this branch made Herculean efforts to ensure my problems were solved before Christmas. Some towns banks have often gone the extra mile for me so that’s where I continue to bank regardless whether I’ve been living in Tokyo or Toronto. Thanks very much Perth Royal Bank !!!!

Friendly small town bank. They will take the time to work with you for appointments on your schedule. Really accommodating of children and patient with customers.
