Bought my car from strathmore Volvo over a year and a half ago. Was a great experience. Car was in for a service today at Volvo Glasgow when they discovered a minor fault which happened during a previous service. I called the service Manager of strathmore who was very helpful, looked into it and he kept me updated. Ultimately Strathmore sorted the problem with Volvo Glasgow and issue fixed. Wonderful customer service from Volvo.

In the world of Covid.... Contacted the branch about a V70 we had seen online. Andy, one of the salesmen, took the call and arranged for us to have a test drive. When we arrived the attention to detail about keeping us and the staff at Strathmore safe was excellent. It was clear to see that the owners/bosses of the company care about their staff unlike other dealerships we had visited in the past month. The car was everything the internet had shown. Lovely drive but sadly my wife decided the V70 was just too large for her. Thanks for the pleasurable experience even if we didn't buy from you this time.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I travel over a hundred miles to get my car looked after in this garage. They are all very polite, nice, yet professional and eficcient. Customer care at the highest standard. Keep doing what you're doing, guys!
