Unlike many other Valuers, Adrian’s fee is not based upon his valuation. So he is not induced to overvalue your items and line his pockets. His service is swift and professional. I arranged a meeting at his office, drove to Perth and handed the jewellery to him. I returned 3 hours later, during which time I did some shopping and had lunch, to pick up the report and receive a thorough explanation. Very different to local jewellers - who offer a valuation service but, in practice, send it elsewhere to be valued, no doubt take a ‘spotters fee’, and say it will be around 10 days until they have the valuation report. We will certainly use his services again and recommend others to do so.
