The vets and nurses are superb. It has been my experience over many years that they give the very best to the animals and owners. I recently had to have my elderly dog put to sleep. I found the staff to be very caring towards my beloved family dog. They also gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes.

The one star is for the reception team and NOT the vets. I had to get my Larry treated and it was his first time. I was told on the phone before the operation it would be 162.90. I booked him in. In the day of his op, approached the reception who told me it would be 220. I questioned this and was told to “speak to the vet”! I took Larry in and questioned the price. I left Larry my pup to get his operation and collected him later. I went to pay and was told it was 197, so I paid and left. I explained I had three price changes one day. I asked the receptionist if the 197 was the final cost and was told in no uncertain terms. YES! I paid and left. I am now getting a bill for something like 23 which they are chasing me for. I have a witness to this when I paid in full. The problem here is not so much the amount but the incompetence of the reception staff. I will NOT pay the remainder if your receptionists mucked up the bill. Shocking and will be changing as soon as VETS 4 PETS are open.

I just wanted to thank all the amazing staff here for how well they have cared for our dog coco. Unfortunately she had complications during a spay and they couldn't have been more caring, professional and helpful. When she had to go in for an emergency opp a week later we had 5 vets/vet nurses come out to our car to get her to the operating table. Yes it is more expensive than some other vets I have been to in the past, but they included ALL the follow up appointments in the price!! Something I have never come across before. Every member of staff clearly loves animals and recognised not just coco on sight but us too! They had all been keeping her company during her overnight stays as well. The fact that despite all this, Coco still loves going to the vets says it all! Could not recommended more!

There is no rating for no stars. So I had to put one. I can't believe how insensitive these people are. I had to have my cat euthanised this year and wasn't warned about what an awful experience it would be. Well, it was. And it will stay with me forever. Following that I became unemployed and couldn't pay their bill. Finally in December I could afford to pay part of the bill. A few days ago I got a letter saying that \I note from your records that your account has not been settled... \ \Payment for our services should be made at the time of consultation...\. You mean when I'm in tears and in bits and my cat is in terrible distress? Never, ever again.
