I banked in this perth, on branch location for about 2 years, always outstanding customer service and always helpful positive attitude by everyone in this branch from the bank employees B.J, Heather, Pam and all other Employees. The Branch manager Graydon Hill is just Super Good and Friendly. Thank you for providing such a Great Service. Miss Banking and seeing all of you because of moving quite far away from the area.

I have banked at TD for many years…I have tried all the others and none of them can provide the customer experience quality across the board that TD does. I have banked at 7 TD branches in 4 different cities and I am investor in TD directly, so I am a knowledgeable supporter and advocate of the institution. Whatever you do, steer clear of this Perth branch. As one reviewer has mentioned, phones are never answered, but more than that, voice messages are never responded to. This not only extends from the Financial Advisor, but all the way to the Bank Manager…. 6 voice messages, different topics….no response! My Financial Advisor similarly does not do well at answering email or voice mails. My mortgage payment options, presented by her were in error,.....critical Emails disappeared (i.e. I never received a critical email that was supposedly sent and there was no email available in sent items to be reforwarded!!), they had 4 weeks to work out straight forward financing and missed the deadline, I was not informed that the branch was temporarily closed due to COVID and hence was deserted in the middle of the application process. This performance of this branch ranks the lowest I have ever experienced in my life from ANY business. Consequently, I am posting this review so you can avoid the severe grief you will endure using this branch.
Most amazing people ever I’ve been banking with TD for 3 years now and never have problems
Don't get me wrong I love the people at this branch, they're so helpful and polite but my god man answer the phone once in a while. I live an hour away so if I have a question it's not like I can just stop in for chat. I know its never that busy that an employee can't answer a phone especially in this branch.
Unbelieveable service! Recently moved to the area and went in to make a few updates and was pleased to see the time they take and the care they have for their clients
