Absolutely fantastic first visit back on the Reopen day! Took family out as part of a Birthday meal and the food was outstanding....the regular mixed grill and the Battered Fish and Chips (pictured) were all cooked to perfection and my mum tried the Beef Brisket for a change which she said was lovely and tender. My only negative comment was the lack of selection at the salad bar as I normally only have pasta and potato salad and none of these were available however it probably done me a favour as I struggled with the Mixed Grill so I wouldn't let this spoil a fabulous time. Special mention to our server Sarah, who was extremely pleasant and very helpful during our visit. I definitely recommend this venue and I cannot wait to come back for our Ultimate Breakfasts!

I get anxious in some places but the atmosphere here is perfect. The staff are warm and welcoming and it's very well managed. It's always clean and tidy and the layout is simple. The food is like a high standard of comfort food with generous portion sizes. The chicken especially, is incredible and perfectly cooked. I would go here every day just for the chicken if I could! The chef clearly knows what they're doing and cares about getting it right. I've also just found out how good their delivery service is too! - It's packaged well, so it all stays hot and crispy and it's nice if you don't want to go out but still want a great meal! I will always be a major fan of this place :D x
Amazing service and food. Hands down the best post covid experience I've had since restaurants and pubs have re opened. Greeted at the door, talked through all the protocols, taken to your seat following a one way system. Can still use the salad bar by standing in a designated spot and dictating to a member of staff what you would like. Before following the one way system back to your seat. Food was second to none.
Last night I went for a meal with two friends. My friend had booked a table so they had her details if needed for track & trace. When we arrived we had to wear masks and were greeted at the door by the manager, we when then showed to our table and explained that it was a one way system and he explained the way we needed to go. Waiting staff all had masks on and when brought drinks and our food we took them off trays. If we wanted anything from the salad bar we were taken by staff and they told us what was available and put it in a bowl for us. The food was all delicious and served quickly. The staff were all friendly & efficient. They were polite and made sure people were following the one way system . I felt 100% safe and relaxed and was able to enjoy my delicious meal. Definitely recommend & will certainly return.
Veg a bit overcooked and yorkie a bit soggy (mind you it was the size of a house !!) Friendly staff and clean , reasonable prices also loads of parking space
We had a lovely meal tonight. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Everything explained fully regarding covid rules. We'll be back next time we are in the area.
Meal was lovely until we got the bill for it. We ordered 2 glasses of white wine was charged 14 for the two. Considering the waitress never even asked me what I wanted 7 for a glass of wine come on. 250 ml measure. We are staying in a **** hotel and don't even pay that. Won't be back to Harvester
Had my doubts as my previous experiences here have been poor but today was much better, food and service were great. Will definitely be back
