Honestly the staff here is super friendly, not sure what other people are on about. I've only been a couple times but every time the staff has been cheerful and kind, reminding about promotions and offering suggestions. Prices are going to be high, this is high end soap, but a bar will last you months and is highly worth it!

Very nice store but horrible service. The employee was unhelpful in educating about the products when asked a question. Then, when I went up to the cash to pay I had several products labeled with a 5.00 sticker, she told me they were supposed to be 6.50 and refused to adjust the price for me. Quite unprofessional.
I really wanted to purchase the African black soap, the package was marked at 4oz but no price, the scales in the store were broken ??? . I was told to come back, I live in kingston, really ! The cashier was great she was new but did try to help. The owners really need to get their stuff together.
I was outraged when I came to this store. The customer service was horrible. The people who work here are so rude and don't care to even help. They had dead flies around their products and the place was a mess. I would never go back to this place.
I enjoy the bar soap products.
