Weekend emergency call, Matt showed up fixed our problem in a timely manner. Very professional and reasonable! Highly recommend.
Matt and his company are great people. I have had a sump pump go out in the middle of a rainstorm along with power outage. Not only did Matt come to repair the damage but he also helped in the water clean up and brought a generator to restore some power. My air conditioner has broken down on a Sunday and this man stopped what he was doing with his family to come to my home and repair mine in the evening. Most contractors will not even answer the phone on a Sunday. Let alone walk out on their family.If they do have somebody who will come out on a Sunday, you get charged the emergency call out fee that pretty much triples your bill. That is not this man
I have been doing business with MC Contracting since 2009, both professionally and personally. When I switched jobs, I got them signed up to maintain our units at work. Matt and his team are experienced, professional, friendly and courteous. We moved to AL in 2017. If I could clone a company, it would be this one to take back with me. And even though we have moved away, MC Contracting is the only contractors I have contracted to do work ony home here outside of Peru. Matt and his crew have come out any time day or night, even on holidays when needed. When our house flooded back in 2013, they came out on the 4th of July to get our wiring fixed no questions asked. If I could give a 10 * review, they would have it! Keep up the awesome work guys!
For the love of God, stay away from this company. Owner is clueless and I am shocked they are still in business. All other negative reviews on this post is absolutely true. If you want to experience dishonesty, irresponsible, go ahead have at it. It’s your money and time you will be wasting.
