Very nice museum in the heart of ancient district of Perugia. Modest fee will allow you to enter the bowels of this Etruscan dug well that still is in operation today. There is some walking up and down stairs required. We had lunch in their restaurant. There is a gift shop as well. Well worth taking the time to take the tour if you are interested in history and if you are not then why are you in Italy? Make sure to make a wish!

Hmmm I don’t know how to discriminate i felt the price setting was a bit high for me. But probably there are someone who will agree with is price. It’s bit hard to find but you will see after restaurant street. My battery has gone down so I couldn’t take pictures of inside but these are the around. Good to see around as well.
Amazing to think that Etruscan stonemasons 2300 years ago were able to construct such a technical well head with 3 tonne pieces of stone! A marvel just to consider..
It's just a water well. But it's really interesting and historic. You can go inside and see the architecture made by the Etruscan.
Interesting Etruscan well to see the ingenuity of Etruscan engineers. After you pay your entrance fee be sure to watch the introduction video which gives very good background info.
