They always call once and if we don't pick up they will deliver it only the other day. Why can't they call us in another five minutes, we can be driving out in the hot sun. I mostly order plants and what if the plants die. Pathetic service. Wish they improve their attitude!

Perundurai DTDC is not good in service & commitment...They are interest to do booking only.....they don't commitment & interest to deliver the shipment to customer...they feel that, delivering the shipment will occur expenses...so, they are calling concern customer to come there to collect their cover/parcel.... this is courier service.?...never....
