Have purchased laptop adapter (manufacturer: SCOMP USB adapter) for my Lenovo laptop which had 6 months warranty. With in 2 months the wire got worn off and it stopped working. When checked with them they mentioned it is physical damage but they will send to the adapter manufacturer to see if they can replace it. They mentioned that with in 15 days I will get an update. It is around 5 weeks now without any update. My advice is don't go for products made by unknown manufacturers. Only buy company products and that too from authorized dealers so that you will not get into a situation as like me. P.S: I have previously used Lenovo laptop adapter for 5 years and did not had any issues with the charging wire. When I complained about their local brand adapter wire has problem, I don't understand how they say it is physical damage. They speak to me as if I am child pulling/biting the adapter wire. Will never ever purchase anything from Pride systems.

Not even single rupies they have reduced. Went for laptop screen change. Service person is not technically sound. Have broken the screen cover.
