Pros:On time delivery. Sufficient Km/day to drive in and around Madurai. Nearer to airport. Clean car. Good maintenance. Cons:Need to check the quote price and pickup time price. Holding empty cheque leaf and original Driving license as collateral(Got stopped in a local check and luckily had duplicate license). Need to take inside and outside pics of every inch of car for our proof for prior damages. Not promising soft or hard docs with driver name on the car(No idea how to pass any state check posts).

Good service and good cars.. Many options available. Though the cars speed is locked at 80km/h, which is actually good for safety reasons. Try calling on the available nos. Instead of using app for good deals. P.s- Kavi guy was very polite and helpful. (At Madurai branch)

Worst service, unprofessional company. I booked the car and paid 1000 advance and agreed for 5000 deposit,when I went to pick the car they demanded double 10000 and interview like USA visa,like thief . I cancelled the trip as demanding unprofessionally double but after they say to pay 5000 and I refused . Shouldn’t deal with unprofessional people. I suggest go with the professional company instead of wasting money and time . They didn’t returned the 1000 deposit also telling company policy. It was told will come for pickup at railway station but he called me at golden apartment when I went there than called me in Gali and wait there 15 minutes than the person came . What they promise don’t deliver. .

The vehicle provided was brand new. I took a inmova crysta automatic. The comfort and handling of the car was very smooth. Overall booking, pickup experience was very professional and excellent.

This is in review regarding the Onroadz Car rental service Madurai. Very pathetic customer service. Documentation not clear. On the spot T&C changes. They force us to take their vehicle and if cancellation or not satisfied with their service. NO REFUND. I reached the garage early morning to pick i10 grand. They asked either bike in our name to be parked in their garage or cheque leaf or passport if we even after producing Driving License and Aadhar which is unprofessional approach and they asked me to pay 10,000 on spot. Finally I had to pay 5000 refundable security deposit after an Hour of talk. The formalities and the way of approch is worst to the core. 1)Speed locked in 80. (You can't estimated your time with regular timing) 2) I did a mistake by doing refill to bring fuel level to same. but it indication went down at stop point and they charged rs 250 extra with out listening anything and even i showed the last filled bill. 3)No Pickup and drop - we have to go all the way long to drop and get car. 4)Our car tyre air pressure came down and these guys money looters. My personal experience better take some other rental service.
