Quick to respond and talk through our bat problem. Took about a weeks total... they identify entry points and seal them up, set a one-way door and cleaned up all the mess, than sanitized everything. Very professional and easy to work with. They are a little higher than some other quotes but they guarantee their work for a year and offer a service agreement for future problems.

Property pigeon-proofed in just two visits, even though they'd initially quoted three. Cheapest quote in the area. Didn't have a lot of dealings with the chaps that were sent out (they worked hard!) but I've got no complaints with the work or service at all!

No more noises from the bats flying around my roof. Company sorted the issue in a couple of visits and for less than other companies were quoting me. No problems to report — thanks guys.

It took me four weeks to learn that squirrel repellents are not real and they don't work, and it took just four days for this company to come out and do the following - Remove the squirrel. Remove the three babies I didn't realize were hiding in a nest in a crawl space of my home. Clean away the nest material. Replace the attic insulation that the squirrel had torn up and moved around. Cleaned away all squirrel poop. (And there was a lot!) Washed away all “biological hazards”. (Whatever that means.) Patched up a hole in the attic/roof that was letting them in ... along with a small rain leak. Made some tweaks to my back garden, including trimming tree branches, to stop them from being able to get up there again. Pop a cover on my chimney to stop any animal from sliding down there and getting stuck. P.S. The professionals were actually the cheapest option, too!
