Nyonya food but from the north eg Penang is not quite the same as the ones from Melaka. Problem with this is that the recipes varies from household to another. This doesn't even comes close to the ones my mom used to cook but then again, mom's cooking is always the best ;o) Satisfied my craving for the weekend. Price slightly more than expected but it's a charming little place. It's about the only place that you can get Curry Kapitan..

Dishes were just average. Ordered the 'perut ikan', fried sotong, inche cabin chicken, tofu and kai lan vegetable. Portioning was ok. Was here during lunch time and only three tables occupied. Nothing stood out except the pricing. Very expensive for a simple nyonya meal!
Excellent food and service. One of my many times here. Being used to Peranakan food. The standard is good and up to standard. Like every dish especially the Assam fish and the Prawns petai.
Fav place to hav dinner, nice nyonya dishes!
The food is poor taste. Carrot in pineapple fried rice is so hard. The bean sprout in Siam fried beehoon is raw. My wife had diarrhea shortly after consuming fried rice. Food cooked by bangladeshi cook.Certainly not value for money. Waiter show no interest in serving.
Good food. Price is reasonable. Nice ambient. Friendly service.
Food really good ! Staff pretty nice too.
