Poor service with expensive chargers.. totally not recommend to those want to do eyelashes here

This beauty center , not a honest center, I signed my package and come with free 10 pcs eyes mask, but they staff never use it...even I cancel my appointment they deduct my package without any reason, even first time also cant forgive right...really not a sincere beauty center. Hope they can improve they system. Very unreasonable...is at one utama branch

The worst. As a full paying customer, the lashes only lasted for 4 days. Not even a week. I didn't even put make up and was very diligent in taking care for the extensions but they didn't last long at all. Customer service is extremely poor who refused to give free touch up even though each customer is entitled for it within 3 days. I regret going to the USJ branch. Please don't go,.as they usually place inexperienced and young beautician to serve you.

The eyelashes selection was good, however customer service sucks (maybe because it was promo time).The girl who did my eye lashes dont bother to smile, greet customers or being customer friendly. Btw the one i went was at Da Men. Not one utama. The consultant was helpful but do not know how to give recommendation according to a customer's looks. I guess the company should teach their worker to be more professional and to have more courtesy.
