Next best dim sum near PJ! Price is slightly higher then some of the regulars but quality is what you pay for the extra 10% The phoenix claws is quite unique with bean curd hidden under the sauce while the chive dumplings and teow Chew dumpling is surprising nice and fresh. Must try if you r a dim sum fan! Word of advise, come early. Book first. Packed with people.

The food is good... the new dish of "giant deep fried chicken chop" with wantan noodles is really quite gigantic, and the price is quite reasonable at about RM20 per portion. We also had braised pork with hand cut noodles, and "teochew style" dumplings - quite delicious. However, one had to be quite patient with the service, as the higher level local staff were very busy, whilst the ordinary waiters were foreigners who did not seem to understand English very well. Still, it was a good visit!

My first visit to KP Restaurant n it was a pleasant experience. Found the service to be very good, courteous n attentive. Ms Penny Chai was friendly n professional. Place is modern, clean n comfortable. My family of six people ordered 5 dishes: 1. Steamed patin fish ( excellent dish n at promotion price too) 2. Roasted Pole Dancing Chicken ( skin was crispy but could do with an accompanying sauce) 3. Sauteed Beef Cubes with bell pepper ( expensive) 4. Braised bean curd ( satisfying) 5. Dragon Greens with garlic ( just satisfactory) Overall, a happy evening.
