the place and equipment seems rundown, the owner maybe need to do jejunation for this branch. overall experience still ok, can sing.

Not really a great experience this time. No more free food included in the fee we paid but they give free flow of drinks at the 2nd floor. I had to change room twice, due to connection problem. At last got big room for 6 of us but only 3 mic avaible to ise for the room. Room does not have remote control nor an app to control.

Pros: New and clean, nice mic effect and sound system, modern room design, free flow drinks and ice cream, room's service response was fast. Cons: -Only 2 mics available for small room. Should provide more to avoid mic sharing since it is COVID19 pandemic. Cups are wet and raised some hygiene concern -Less choices for hot drinks -Food choices are very few. Quality of the food ranged from poor to average. -Receptionists are not friendly especially when their manager is not around. Keep talking among themselves while letting the customers to wait in the long line. Happened a few times already. When manager Long is around then completely different behaviour.

Overall clean environment. Staffs is helpful. The room we get is big and sound is good. Spacious and near to washroom.

Went for karaoke session and found out our room could not adjust the key of the music. Requested to change room immediately but the staff say "all the room is like that wan" and refuse to change the room... are you serious? Even a phone app could do better !! We are not singer that can sing super high pitch eh... why do we even want to sign up member if you do worse than an app... After some talk to the staff, she gives in and she told us she could assign us a room that has that function (so she lied about how all the room is "like that wan"), she asked us to wait after they clean up a room as they were cleaning, and we waited until we finish our 3 hour singing session........... yes... she ignored us... maybe you expect rude customer rather than customer that talks to you politely. Noted with thanks.

Very good place nice n clean, place was sanitized every single time, staff is friendly, food is superb definately will go here again

Great except the new normal don't allow more than 3hrs of karaoke session per entry. Also it would be great if have better beer packages to offer.
