where is the care in customer care? They are the worst to help with understanding a customer's issue ESPECIALLY during a pandemic they have no empathy or morality. Terrible experience.

Dated: 28 Feb 2019 time 12:20pm. Most terrible flight Malindo OD 804 (Singapore to Kuala Lumpur) The cabin crew mentioned 1 air-conditioning is not function and caused stuffy and hot inside flight. When the flight after taking off, the air conditioning seems like back to normal. I understand that, reduce the air conditioning can saved fuel cost. Yet, the whether at noon time in Singapore is very hot & very stuffy inside a plane. Malindo Airlines is consider a non-budget airlines, such nonsenses can be happened. If you have a budget, please select other airlines instead of Malindo. I would say good bye to Malindo from now on.
-I don't need to show everyone my paper passport and have their dirty hands all over it. -you shouldn't need your passport to board the plane; just a valid ID showing your photo and your name and which country you're from. -when I got on the plane they let people with more than 3 bags weighing over 10kg on; taking up a lot of space and causing the plane takeoff to be delayed. -because I followed the rules I only had one carry on and a personal item weighing under 10kg. I had all my other stuff packed into my checked in luggage causing it to weigh 20kg. -at the check in counter I had to pay an extra 400AUD for my bag. The website said I had my 1 free checked luggage. -the woman pilot was very scary when landing the plane, the plane was coming in so fast I thought the landing gears were going to break off. I will do everything in my power to help people not to choose your airline. The only way to make me feel happy with your airline is for a full refund for the baggage.
Has to be worse ever airline. Expensive rates but give you really poor service. Customer service on the phone doesn't know anything, one person at the check in counter to serve the entire Malindo baggage drop queue. Don't bother considering Malindo unless they are significantly cheaper (which never happens). Malaysian Airlines or AirAsia are much much better options. Buck up Malindo or you're bound to close down. Don't take your customers for granted.
