This incident is many months back. Bought Manuka Honey Gentle Peel and Soothing & Reviving Night Cream from Origani, Atria outlet. Their promoter said with these purchase, they will give me a full facial, plus a special add on treatment for my face. When I went for the facial, is more like a product demonstration than a facial service, as I have 3 person in the facial room, plus me, 4. One lady who did the facial for me, and two sales representative keep on talking about their products. The full facial lasted for mere 15 minutes!!! Worst part, they keep pushing me to buy their products, which are super expensive. I told them I'm not in the position to buy now due to prior financial commitment, but they keep pushing, asked me to sign credit card for zero interest instalment, when I said no, they keep asking when is the best time for them to call me again, etc, etc.. When I finally walked out that shop, I was so relieved. Never was I felt so relieved in my life before. Gosh, what an experience.

The customer service here is superb. One of the promoters offered to help me out, which I really needed as I lacked knowledge of skincare. She helped me to find and test all the useful skincare products I needed. I would definitely go back there if I needed anything else. There is a good selection of skincare and beauty products across different price ranges from mid to high end. Talk to them about any discounts or deals they might be having.

You can find a great variety of beauty and skincare product in the store. Friendly staff & quality products. When I was there, there was quite a lot of people but the staff were still very patient with me and able to take time and help which I greatly appreciated. All in all, great experience and the products are the best as expected

Ever since I discovered Origani earlier this year in January, my skin has completely cleared up and I go in every month for my facial with my beautician. I have never had any problems with any of the staff members there, in fact they were very helpful in explaining and testing all the different products. If ever I didn't want something I just said NO and it ended right there. I really cant recommend Origani enough and I highly recommend getting monthly facials here at their beauty clinic. It really is amazingly relaxing and your skin will thank you.
