Products were fine, but the sales assistant was clueless. When asking her which product is better comparing two of them, she just read out from the instruction. Doesn't know her stuff. Then another male sales assistant jumped in the conversation and talked rudely. Not a pleasant shopping experience and probably not going to come back.

the products are so limitted, They just had two kind of eyebrow's brush that weren't from well-known brands and it was 80RM so I asked for cheaper one and she said 80 is cheap! I bought a hair mask that was about 130RM then I asked for plastic bag and she said you have to pay 20 sent more the best shop in one utama for beauty supply is Mac.

Products are fine but the red hair shop assistant was really impolite in responding customer’s enquiry about the hair brush like we were stupid. Almost didn’t make me to buy the brush due to his bad attitude.
