I have been using Petals of Madinah for many years and have also recommended them to all my family and friends. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I also had many chats with them because they are like friends. I had flowers, chocolate and fruit bouquets as well as balloons which are very reasonable prices. I use Petals of Madinah because sometimes I am not sure how I want my items made or arranged and they always give me great suggestions and recommendations. They have that personal touch that you cannot get anywhere else. Also I do not always want to do online orders and I can just pick up the phone and place an order. They only do delivery within Birmingham area but one time it was my friend's special birthday and Petals of Madinah were kind enough to deliver to Coventry. I couldn't recommend Petals of Madinah high enough. They are brilliant.

It was so beautiful worth the wait, petals of Madina surely make the occasion very special thank you for your explended service. It was gifted to my friend and she was very much pleased. I couldn't ask for anything more 5 stars all the way.
