Signs at the door says \Masks required\ You go inside and no one working there was wearing one. Loved this company when it was G&B, bought a few bikes from them. Now as K&B, it went downhill. I don't write many reviews, but I was very compelled to write this. I will no longer be a customer and will definitely not recommend this place. -Tried to make oil change appointments for a Saturday since it the only free time I have. Been told numerous times they can't do it because they have new sale bikes to prep. -Impossible to get help on the showroom floor. They know I'm there but still ignore me. -The amount they valued my bike was ridiculous. Sales guy sarcastically laughed out loud in my face for what I wanted for it, which was totally reasonable. Not very professional at all.

Bought a Ktm 790 Adventure R. The sales lady who did my paperwork was on it! I mean, on it! She was the most organized, well explained, Professional but at the same time was super cool and friendly. They made the buying experience painless and fast. The service guy is just as awesome. He went over everything in great detail and put emphasis on the necessary things I needed to know about. Great selection!!!

I wanted to give these guys a shout out. Brandon FioRito was helping me and was very responsive and knowledgeable. Because of unforeseen circumstance, I was not able to complete the purchase. Out of all the dealers that I contacted; K&B Motorsports was the only company that actually responded. They were very quick at returning my emails and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate referring them. Not a surprise that they are so highly rated.

NOTE Mark Castaneda's Review about IGNORING... Per Manager Brandon FioRito -- \Do you want the valves checked at the first service as per the owners manual or do you want to skip that portion and do everything else?\ That is a Lie... The KTM 200 Duke Owners Manual specifies checking the valves at 9,300 miles, Not at the first Service at 600 miles. That is a Customer-Costly, Gross (8,700-mile) Error for which I received NO Acknowledgment and NO Apology... Per Manager Brandon FioRito -- \We follow KTM procedures and the service was done correctly.\ That is a Lie... At the 600-mile Service, K&B put 2.0 Liters of oil in my bike... The Owners Manual specifies 1.5 Liters... The above is a Dangerous Denial of a Gross (33%) Service Error and, of course, with NO Apology... I asked FioRito for the Owner's Email address and I have been Ignored... I could give yet another example, regarding Proven Non-Competitive Financing and prior Personal Insults, but I think the pattern of Gross Lying and Self-Serving Denial is clear enough... \We follow KTM procedures and the service was done correctly.\ Yeah Sure, FioRito, and... Trump won and Biden stole the Election...
