After unexpected iPhone issues, I contacted Joel and he was quick to respond with a likely fix and low price tag. It took him under an hour to swap batteries and he was incredibly professional to work with. I'll definitely be coming to him first if I need any further tech repair services!
After several attempts at trying to retrieve deleted information from my phone (Android) on my own I realised I needed help. While JNB focuses on Iphone, Joel put the time and effort in to help me look at multiple ways to retrieve the data. Unfortunately these methods didn't pan out, however JNB was professional and courteous enough to attempt to help when I asked for it. I received this level of customer support with tech that they don't specialize in, I can only imagine how thorough and professional they are when working on technology that they know. Thanks again.
